What would Jesus think ?

The best way to find out what Jesus would think is to carefully read the four Gospels, and to probably stop there. Conservatives who read beyond those books about the life and teaching of Jesus, too often fall in love with the conservative teaching of Paul of Tarsus, which they find much more to their liking than the liberalism of Jesus of Nazareth. And when they get to the last book of the Bible, some of them go bonkers with "the Book of Revelation".
This website answers the questions of WhatWouldJesusThink: 1st, about white Christian evangelicals, 2nd, about America's Christian Republicans, 3rd, about the conservative Roman Catholic leadership, 4th, about American Liberals like Christ, 5th, about America's liberal Democrats, and 6th & 7th, about Americans who promote the right of women to make their own decisions about their own pregnancies, and the right of adults to choose whichever partner with whom they want to spend the rest of their lives.

Commercial-free :

Although we could have made money over the 20+ years that we have been online, by allowing cash-paying advertisers to assail our guests with all kinds of distracting commercials, we have chosen instead to pay all of our expenses ourselves. So we hope that you will appreciate the very unique experience of being able to read page after page after page of informative, insightful and moving material without ever being annoyed by such avoidable distractions.

If you are a smartphone viewer, we are sure that you love your smartphone as much as we do ours, but you wouldn't want to skip a chance to see a movie in a theater in order to watch it on your smartphone, would you? As great as smartphones are, they are no match for movie theaters when it comes to entertainment, nor for computers (or tablets) when it comes to studying serious issues seriously.
If you had access to a tablet or computer, you would probably already be enjoying our lengthy, but very rewarding webpages on that device. So what we would suggest is that (after reading through this tip) you switch to the formal view of this site by clicking on the computer link, and then use the "share" option on your phone to mail a link of that page to a mailbox on your own computer ( and/or to those of your friends, if you like), as a reminder to visit that page at some more convenient time, when you are at your computer and are better able to explore the whole expanse of this great website.
In the meantime, if you can't wait 'til later, here is
the most phone-friendly version
that we can provide.
